Shipping Address

Orders are dispatched to the address you provide at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure the address entered is accurate and complete. If you realize you’ve made an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order. This allows us to make the necessary adjustments before your order is processed and dispatched.

Changes to Address After Ordering

  • If you contact us within the 3-hour window, we will do our best to update your shipping address.

  • Unfortunately, if the 3-hour window has passed and the item has already been processed for shipping or dispatched, we are unable to make any changes.

Incorrect Address Provided

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot redirect it or make address adjustments. If an incorrect address was provided, and the package is returned to us by NZ Post, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Please note, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or any other reason and is not returned to us, we cannot be held responsible. Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order.
